Positive Psychology Coaching is an engaging, creative process used to solve a problem, reach a goal or create positive life changes that enhance the sense of well-being and purpose.
Wellness Coaching is the process of establishing and implementing physical/psychological/spiritual goals in order to restore a healthy balanced lifestyle and promote health and vitality.
A coach uses a variety of interventions in order to help clients identify personal and/or business goals, as well as develop and implement action plans in order to achieve those goals.
Coaching is unlike therapy because it does not focus on examining/diagnosing the past. Instead coaching focuses on effecting change in a client’s current and future behavior.
A variety of different coaching packages exist for both Positive Psychology and Wellness Coaching.
· Unlimited e-mail coaching + one monthly video and/or phone session
· Two monthly 20 minute video and/or phone session (plus unlimited e-mail support)
· Four monthly 20 minute video and/or phone session (plus unlimited e-mail support)
